…tions - Introduced a new workflow for single sample atomic attachment, bypassing S07 scanning. - Updated package metadata to include the new workflow UUID and source. - Modified PLC configuration to reflect changes in CSV paths and device connections. - Refactored existing workflow components to accommodate new attachment flow requirements, including adjustments to the S07 process warehouse and related nodes. - Added detailed documentation for the new workflow, including parameters and operational steps.
Delete the obsolete szlab_robot_liquid_stirring_demo workflow and update references/tests. Removed szlab_poly_studio/workflows/robot_liquid_stirring_demo.py, adjusted README and docs to point to the single-sample atomic flow, and cleaned up scripts/szlab_workflow_handshake.py (removed IDs, components and WorkflowSpec entries). Updated tests to expect 18 workflow specs and removed the demo-specific unit test, switching a handshake test to use s06_robot_workflow. This streamlines examples and keeps the handshake simulator and test suite consistent with the remaining workflows.

Integrates the complete commit history from #10 onto current main, resolves its conflicts, restores the historical S08/S09 Site ownership, and includes the browser-driven longest-workflow E2E fixes verified against the 0810 PLC table and handshake simulator.\n\nThis PR intentionally uses a merge commit so the original #10 commits remain ancestors of main.
