Trademark

The Wick name, Wick's possessive prefix, the Wick logomark, the Wick wordmark (Cinzel 900), and the composite visual system (locked palette + L-bracket chrome + naming convention) are trademarks of Wick.

The MIT license on the code does NOT grant rights to these brand assets.

You MAY

  • Reference the project by name descriptively ("I use Wick's CD Tracker", "inspired by the Wick suite").
  • Link to the repos or CurseForge pages using the official name.
  • Fork the code under MIT — but rename your fork (see below).
  • Cite the brand in writeups or articles, with attribution.

You MAY NOT

  • Publish a fork or derivative using the Wick name, the "Wick's [X]" pattern, or the logomark.
  • Use the logomark / wordmark / L-bracket system as identifying marks of your own addon, project, or service.
  • Claim "official Wick" or "Wick-compatible" on non-Wick addons.
  • Combine the Wick brand with adult, hateful, or deceptive content.

Renaming a fork

  1. Change .toc ## Title: — remove "Wick's".
  2. Change ## Author: to your name.
  3. Replace logo.svg or remove it.
  4. Drop the fel-green + void palette combo, or change the accent substantially.
  5. Cite the fork origin in your README (MIT attribution).

Full policy: TRADEMARK.md on the repo.
