If you've ever quested in Retail and missed the way the ExtraActionButton just knew which quest item to fire, this is that, back-ported to Burning Crusade Classic. No list to curate, no per-quest config, no macros to maintain.

What it does

• Auto-detects quest items from every active quest in your log via GetQuestLogSpecialItemInfo, the same API Blizzard's auto-quest-item button uses.
• Cycles on each press so a single bind covers every quest item you're holding.
• Right-click to skip to the next item without using the current one.
• Shows the bind on the button so you always know which key is wired to it.
• Hides when empty. No quest items in your log, no button on screen.
