Clarify acquisition and first-use routes

Phase 4: acquisition and first use

Surfaces the first decision consistently: use LabNote locally, on GitHub, or both.

• adds a short destination-choice table to the acquisition guide;
• makes the same choice explicit at the start of quickstart;
• adds the local + GitHub route to both README acquisition tables;
• preserves the existing safety rules around empty destinations, permissions, upstream/origin and no force-push;
• aligns English and Simplified Chinese.

No protocol or runtime changes.
