Hey! Ran this a couple weeks ago without issue, went to run it again and started getting this popup whenever I try to download. "Error - Missing HLS key or Authorization bearer. Ensure HLSKey files are captured"
I've tried
- Restarting my device
- Logging out and logging back in
- A fresh install of the tool
I checked the two files in the HLS Key folder - the auth bearer file is blank, and response.json is blank in my new instance, but has a key and keyId in my old instance (neither version is working for downloading)
Happy to share additional logs or details if you can advise where to find them. Love this great tool!
