Summary

Completes the current Simplified Chinese translation table, including:

  • toolbar configuration and navigation actions
  • find, export, and updater flows
  • window organization and pinned-window labels
  • titlebar tooltips and loading state

It also replaces the hard-coded pinned-window file count with a localized, parameterized label.

Translation policy

Markpad keeps English as the complete base locale and falls back to English for missing translations. This PR fills the current Simplified Chinese backlog but does not require future English feature work to add a Chinese translation. The regression test is deliberately limited to the window-organization labels introduced by this change.

Dependency and merge order

This branch is rebased on #337, which repairs the current master test baseline. Please merge #337 first, then #336. Until #337 lands, GitHub shows its two test-only commits as part of this PR; GitHub will remove that already-merged diff automatically afterward.

Verification

  • npm test (127 passing)
  • npm run check (0 errors; one pre-existing Settings modal accessibility warning)
