Add dashboard proof pack

Summary

• add a repeatable proof command that boots the dashboard API against a temporary OpenClaw fixture
• assert /api/all reads kanban, cron, config, skills, logs, and stability without mutating the fixture
• add GitHub Actions proof workflow and document the command
• update Vite and lockfile through npm audit fix so high/critical advisories are cleared
