Synchronizes the documentation from antono2/v_opencl_bindings#43 at commit 3af6120. Includes generated provenance, maintained helper/test/example introductions and the rendered user README source map. Merge the canonical PR first; coordinate with automatic publication to avoid a duplicate distribution PR. The synchronized ownership test also replaces an asynchronously completing queue marker with an unqueued user event for deterministic retain/release counts; library implementation is unchanged.
Validation: Canonical generator/publisher suite: 32 tests pass against the pinned registry. sync_published_module.py --check and git diff --check pass. Native examples and cross-platform compilation remain for CI.
Follow-up validation: revised convenience_test.v passes on a real OpenCL platform; publisher --check passes. This addresses the installed-package reference-count failure from run 37597691016. Rebuilt CI is pending.
