Move malignant signatures from main sigs to Extrasigs - #391

Reverts the harmonized "Malignant" signature (besca PRs #388/#389) from the main automatic-annotation signatures and restores the separate MelMelanoma and ColorectalCancer signatures as extra (inspect-only) signatures. - Remove Malignant entry from CellNames_scseqCMs6_config.tsv and CellNames_scseqCMs6_config.mouse.tsv - Remove Malignant signature from CellNames_scseqCMs6_sigs.gmt and CellNames_scseqCMs6_sigs.mouse.gmt - Add MelMelanoma and ColorectalCancer signatures to CellNames_scseqCMs6_Extrasigs.gmt and CellNames_scseqCMs6_Extrasigs.mouse.gmt Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
