Hi John,
When UNIPHY1 and UNIPHY2 are used, then only QSGMII is supported on UNIPHY0.
So, this adds support for using QSGMII mode on UNIPHY0.
I am not sure if PSGMII calibration should be also carried out when QSGMII mode is used but the regular SGMII one should be enough.
