What is this PR
Why is this PR needed?
The knowledge of how to make templates on our HPC is currently distributed across @viktorpm @niksirbi and my brains. We would like to make this more widely accessible.
What does this PR do?
Adds two HowTo guides aimed at people that are familiar with basic Python,
bashandslurmalready.References
Closes #457
