Implement the approved Source → Metadata → Export workflow on MP5 0.28.0-beta with MP5-L v4, preserving batch conversion, metadata, artwork, lyrics, stems, worker export, cancellation, and responsive navigation. Normalize the newly added stem-alias TypeScript source and relax its optional progress fields so latest main builds.

The existing Converter page did not match the approved restrained charcoal/plum MP5 design or present the real conversion workflow clearly. This redesign applies the approved concept without rolling back current codec or stem functionality.
