You need **Node.js 18+ and Git**. No npm package or npx installer is required. The agent downloads the repository and uses one cross-platform Node installer. [AI installation and upgrade guide](docs/AI-INSTALL.md).

Supported clients: **Claude Code, Codex, Hermes, Qwen Work, Doubao Work, Qoder and WorkBuddy**. They share one local brain; no second installation is needed. Claude Code, Codex and WorkBuddy have built-in installer adapters; Hermes, Qwen Work, Doubao Work and Qoder use AI-guided entry configuration. The maintainer has verified existing-brain connections with Qwen Work, Doubao Work and Qoder. Hooks are optional. Verify entry loading and permissions in a new conversation.
