assemble.sh will now fetch historic expectations checks
Why
This will be combined with a change to digital-land-python so that when an expectation only runs on Saturday on the other days the results are still displayed in the datasette

Paranoia test
I plan to only merge/ deploy this in the morning of a work day and will then run a few pipelines in DEV to check they run fine as a paranoia test, with the option to revert in case I notice any problems.
