This pull request simplify and fixes some minor UI problems in the server setting pages. It also attempts to follow the Sailfish OS guidelines.
The fact that the MAC address was optional had no translation, so I added it but left the
detranslation unfinished because I have no knowledge of this language and prefer it to be translated by a native speaker.
