#FirstMover is an open standard for recognizing AI pioneers -- companies and individuals who saw a gap in their industry, recognized that AI could fill it, and built something to make it happen.
This is not about who has the biggest AI budget or the most PhDs. It is about who saw value where others saw nothing, and had the skills and conviction to act on it.
The #FirstMover open badge is free for anyone who meets the criteria. Use it on your website, email signature, social media, and marketing materials.
License: CC BY 4.0 -- free to use with attribution.
How to earn it:
- You built or deployed AI to solve a real problem in your industry
- You were first or among the first in your specific market
- Submit a Pull Request to DIRECTORY.md with your entry
- Entry is reviewed and merged

The #FirstMover Certified badge is a validated credential reviewed by Just In Time AI. It signals that your first-mover claim has been independently verified.
License: All Rights Reserved -- licensed to approved certifiees only.
How to earn it:
- Complete the application at jitai.co/firstmover
- Pay the one-time $1,000 certification fee
- 20-minute review call with Just In Time AI
- Upon approval: listed in the Certified directory, certified badge assets delivered, license agreement signed
