Prepares the SmartFeed v2 release.
pyproject.toml:0.3.0->1.0.0, matching the## 1.0.0heading already inCHANGELOG.md. The publish workflow hard-fails unless the tag equals the pyproject version, so these had to be reconciled before tagging.CHANGELOG.md: removed the link toMIGRATION.md(the file does not exist in the repo) and set the release date to the actual release day.After merge, tagging
v1.0.0on master triggersbuild-and-publish.yaml: version check -> tests -> build -> TestPyPI -> PyPI.
