Prepares the SmartFeed v2 release as 0.3.0.
CHANGELOG.md: heading## 1.0.0->## 0.3.0, matching the version already inpyproject.toml. The publish workflow hard-fails unless the tag equals the pyproject version, so these had to be reconciled before tagging.CHANGELOG.md: removed the link toMIGRATION.md(the file does not exist in the repo) and set the release date to the actual release day.pyproject.tomlalready reads0.3.0and is unchanged.After merge, tagging
