Updates ctre to Alpha 7

What changed?
Why? (the code + comments should speak for itself on the "how")

For 1a and 1b ctre:

• Updates the CTRE vendordep to Alpha7.
• Update TalonFX constructors to use CANPort enum.

For 1b ctre and rev:

• Updates Sim-gui for the new XboxController layout

For 1a text:

• Updates kitbot-drivetrain text for the new CANBus constructor.

We highly recommend including screenshots or a video of what was changed, to collect evidence in a place where we can later reference it.

Any issues this pull request closes or pull requests this supersedes should be linked with Closes #issuenumber.

One small comment, but looks good apart from that, code still runs in sim for both 1A and 1B!

Is there anything to worry about with the simgui changes?

Not really, its changing one axis to align with the new XboxController. It works in sim the same as Alpha6.
