Show the currently selected audio device in the tray icon tooltip

A user asks whether the system tray tooltip can show the currently selected audio device when hovering over the Volume² icon, in addition to the volume level.

Why it helps

When switching between the default device and an alternate device, the tray icon alone does not say which device is active at that moment. A hover tooltip naming the device would make this visible without opening a menu.
