Replace the Next 13 pages/next export site with a static Astro site, hiring-brief homepage (exact Agent Experience hero), in-repo MDX for writing/talks, archived Formidable work, and Pages-ready wrangler + CI. Co-authored-by: Kyle Cesmat <kylecesmat@gmail.com>
