Bump actions/checkout to v7, actions/setup-go to v7, securego/gosec to v2.29.0 and linkdata/gitcoverage to v11. gitcoverage now publishes to the 'gitcoverage' branch instead of 'coverage', so the README badge and report links point there.

Bumps the CI actions to their current releases:

gitcoveragebranch instead ofcoverage, so the README coverage badge and report links are updated to match. The oldcoveragebranch can be deleted once the first build on the new version publishes togitcoverage.gitcoverage v11 also skips
pull_requestevents by default, so badge publishing only happens on pushes tomain.go build ./...andgo test -race ./...pass locally.
