Bump TNT_VERSION to 1.2.0 and align all release metadata (tnt.1, tntctl.1, Arch PKGBUILD/.SRCINFO, Homebrew formula, Debian changelog) and the installer pins in README/DEPLOYMENT. Roll docs/CHANGELOG.md into a 1.2.0 section covering :theme, COMMAND-mode Tab completion, newcomer onboarding, and tntctl shell completion, alongside the previously-unreleased dump/persistence changes and module/systemd hardening.
