Update As1.0 guide to link studies to webpages

Resolves #147

Notes:

1. I kept the order of the studies as it was
2. I kept the message saying to contact Tristan, Dave or Martin with enquiries on the studies
3. I separated 1385-VO-DJ-WEETMAN from the other studies as it is a lab colony
4. I updated the text for thakare-2022 to follow the template used for other literature sample sets

I think 1. and 4. are correct, I am not so sure about 2. and 3.
