Converted RST file to MD file and updated it with minor fixes.
Incorporated #33 - Update file to populate read the docs
Haven't removed RST file yet because nothing has been changed in https://github.com/microbiomedata/docs/tree/main/pullers/workflow_docs. Not sure if the file should still be called "index"
