• 추천 지역 대표 좌표 조회 시 이미 사용된 Google Place ID를 중복으로 사용하지 않도록 수정
• 서로 다른 Google Place라도 동일한 위도/경도를 반환하는 경우 중복 좌표로 판단하도록 수정
• 중복된 대표 좌표가 조회되면 다음 우선순위 후보를 조회하도록 수정
