prepare-release.mjs copies CHANGELOG entries verbatim into docs/releases/, so a repo-root-relative link resolves one directory too deep once copied. Point this one at ../reference.md.

Cuts 0.20.0 with the skill and instruction defaults merged in #84.
Agents invoked with no task now join and enter standby instead of starting work, they no longer relay operator messages to each other, and they no longer announce their own arrival on top of the join event the console already prints. The README was rewritten around the quickstart with the deep reference moved to
