Resolves conflicts in favor of upstream: psxrecomp now tracks master (13a5662) instead of feat/rbengine, recomp-ui fast-forwards to ad2f3e2, recomp-net and retcomm-rbengine pins bump forward. CI linked Tomba__Recompiled against a psxrecomp pin where main.cpp calls psx_netplay_link_desynced() but the !PSX_HAS_RECOMP_NET fallback never defined it. Pin 958e09fa adds the missing stub; framework_pins.txt was also stale (recorded 13a5662 while the checkout was 9dad1b7e) and now matches the real pin.
