Version bump and changelog for 2.0.0-beta.12.
The one change a caller can notice is #66: every
onClosepassed while the viewer is open is now called when it closes, not only the last one. Everything else is fixes (#61, #64, #65, #60) and the README (#67).Once this is in, the release can be tagged, and nextcloud/server#63954 and nextcloud/files_pdfviewer#1586 bumped to it.
