The complete business design in the house format used for KPI: one-page summary, goals and scope, roles and data scope, the end-to-end process with system guarantees, sixteen functional modules (contract types as workflows, the launch form, legal review, the clause playbook, negotiation turns and versions, the approval matrix with worked examples, signing and sealing, obligations, payment schedules, amendments and renewals, expiry and archive, counterparties, legacy import, the notification inventory, dashboards and metric definitions, AI assistance), the object overview and ER diagram, the state machine with its write-side guards, numbering and routing rules, timing definitions, the permission matrix, integration design (e-signature contract, HotCRM hand-off mapping), non-functional baselines, fourteen decisions awaiting confirmation, milestones and the scope ladder. DESIGN.md stays the engineering authority; this document is the reviewable narrative that expands it and must not contradict it. …oadmap Maintainer direction (2026-09-07): design for global customers, not Chinese customers; say how AI is integrated; name the gap to Agiloft; say how goals, requirements and work are managed; plan the roadmap. - Sealing is no longer a module. `clm_contract_type.requires_seal` becomes `execution_formalities` (countersigned copy, company seal, notarized, witnessed); `clm_seal_request` becomes `clm_signature` — one execution record per signing round with method, provider, envelope, signers and the formalities done. E-signature is the default (DocuSign first, Adobe Acrobat Sign and Dropbox Sign next); regional providers are region packs. - `clm_party` gains `country_code` and sanctions/registry `screening_status` + `screened_at` (replacing `verified_at`); registration label reads "Registration / Tax ID". Contract categories: `labor` → `employment`, `dpa` added. English is the default locale and source language; USD is the factory currency default; the demo company is a multi-entity group. - DESIGN.md: §01 全球优先 constraints, §07 rewritten as the AI integration design (three layers, S1–S6 capability map, approver memo, MCP surface, governance rules, honest degradation), positions 8→7, sets 6→5, sharing rules 7→6, Q7 region-pack packaging. - Design proposal V0.10: §2.1 global constraints, §5.7 signing and execution, new §10 AI 融合设计 and §11 与 Agiloft 的差距, decisions 14→16, chapters renumbered. - docs/README.md: the four-layer management model (roadmap · versioned design baseline · DESIGN.md · requirements triage · backlog→issues) and why issues stay small. docs/ROADMAP.md: releases 0.1 → 2.x with buyer outcomes and platform dependencies. - Backlog cards, README, AGENTS.md and manifest updated to match. …iner Maintainer, 2026-09-07: "16 项全部同意默认，升 V1.0 并派发 M1". The proposal's §13 becomes 已确认口径 and V1.0 is the release-1 baseline. DESIGN.md §13 records the same rulings (Q1–Q8) and lands the two that change the model: contract numbers are hook-generated `<type.code>-<YYYY>-<0000>` (Q5) and executed contracts can be backfilled straight into `active` through the F16 `executed_upload` action with an `is_backfilled` marker (Q8).
