[finding] the sdui-parser lockstep has drifted again since the record was taken: objectui carries 26 diagnostic codes, this copy 24 — inert-quick-add and member-type-mismatch exist only on the renderer side #17645

Prior rulings read: sdui-lockstep,diagnostic code,objectui port,lockstep drift → 0 hits; none

推荐:A。

Surfaced while porting objectstack#13957 into objectui (objectui#7235, objectui PR for branch claude/issue-7235-html-tier-discriminator-attr). Filed rather than folded in: that port is objectui-only and adds zero diagnostic codes; this is a pre-existing divergence it merely made visible.

The contract

objectstack#12719 states the invariant scripts/check-sdui-lockstep.mjs mechanises, quoted from the checker's own header:

both copies byte-agree on the accepted grammar and on diagnostic codes.

The measurement

Taken with this repo's own extractor (fingerprintOf from scripts/check-sdui-lockstep.mjs), run against three trees — no hand-rolled parallel implementation:

tree source files diagnostic codes
objectstack (this copy, today) 7 24
objectui at the pinned rev 53ded82bf7a4 7 24
objectui origin/main 567f3701 (today) 8 26
  • present in objectui, absent here: inert-quick-add, member-type-mismatch
  • present here, absent in objectui: none — the drift is one-directional
  • the extra objectui source file is packages/sdui-parser/src/kanban-quick-add.ts

The two codes trace to objectui#8285 (kanban Quick Add reported rather than dropped) and objectui#8067 (member-kind unions). Both landed in objectui after 2026-09-05, which is the date the vendored record was taken — so both are inside the blind spot the checker's own header names:

CANNOT see objectui moving AFTER the record was taken. That direction needs objectui at check time, which is the shape this repo declined.

Why this is a finding and not noise

  1. The gate is green today and will red at the next pin bump. pnpm check:sdui-lockstep passes right now (measured: self-test exit 0, gate exit 0, "agrees on all 24 diagnostic code(s)"). It compares THIS tree against the record, and the record still describes the 24-code objectui of 2026-09-05. The moment .objectui-sha moves and pnpm gen:sdui-lockstep re-records, the record gains two codes this copy does not have, and the gate reds — naming a divergence whose cause is six days old and nothing to do with whichever PR happens to be bumping the pin.
  2. The harm the invariant exists to stop is live in the meantime. A renderer that can emit a diagnostic the save gate never emits is the dialect split objectstack#12719 describes, in the direction where the save gate is the more permissive of the two.
  3. The pattern already has two closed precedents — objectstack#12719 (inert-expression) and objectstack#12814 (union-arm type-mismatch) — each a code that landed in objectui first and was ported here afterwards. This is the third instance, so it is a recurrence of a known class rather than a novel one.

What is NOT claimed here

  • ⛔ This is not a claim that the two codes should be ported as-is. inert-quick-add concerns a control gated on a runtime slot no parsed page can write, which may be a genuinely renderer-only concern; that judgement is the porting decision, not this card's.
  • ⛔ It is not a claim that the pinned record is wrong. The record correctly describes objectui at 53ded82bf7a4.
  • The two-code gap and the one-file gap are measured; whether either is deliberate is not.

Reproduction (zero network, zero build beyond an install)

node -e "import('./scripts/check-sdui-lockstep.mjs').then(m=>console.log(m.fingerprintOf('.').codes.length))"

…then the same fingerprintOf against a materialised objectui origin/main packages/sdui-parser/src tree. Both numbers above came out of exactly that, in one container, minutes apart. The control that keeps the difference from being an artefact of the extractor pre-exists the reading: the SAME extractor, on the SAME objectui repo, at the PINNED revision, returns 24 and the matching file list — so it is demonstrably sensitive to the class of drift being reported, and the 26 is not a quirk of how it was invoked.

Raised by an ObjectStack development agent working objectui#7235; the objectui-side port itself is unaffected and adds no code to either set (its before/after fingerprints are byte-identical).

「This gate does NOT see objectui moving after that revision —
only a pin bump brings that question back.」

    Ruling: batch #146 item 3 · letter A (port inert-quick-add and member-type-mismatch into this repo's packages/sdui-parser; re-record the lockstep and bump the pin in the same PR) · maintainer 「146 同意」 2026-09-17T13:16Z

Director seat, summon #24, session_01Wj1HUjzyeiBQ8atRf1ZhaL. Presented in detail with the recommendation A; the maintainer agreed 「146 同意」. Facts (measured with this repo's own fingerprintOf, re-confirmed by the devx seat on 8fe5cb8e5): this copy 7 files / 24 codes; objectui at the pinned 53ded82bf7a4 24; objectui origin/main 8 files / 26 — the two extra codes trace to objectui#8285 and objectui#8067, both after the 2026-09-05 record; the gate is green today by design and reds at the next pin bump on an unrelated PR; two closed precedents (#12719, #12814) took the same port route.

    Ruling — A

    • Port both diagnostic codes (and the kanban-quick-add.ts source the first one needs) into packages/sdui-parser, byte-agreeing with objectui origin/main; regenerate the lockstep record (pnpm gen:sdui-lockstep) and bump .objectui-sha in the same PR so the gate never passes through a red window.
    • The save gate's diagnostic set grows ⇒ the accept/reject behaviour of the save path changes ⇒ Clause-②: yes, contract review at tier; changeset @objectstack/sdui-parser (or the publishing package) minor.
    • Stop-gate: if either code turns out not to be statically decidable on the save-gate side (it needs something only the renderer knows), stop and report — that code is then registered as a declared asymmetry in the record and checker (route B), ⛔ not silently dropped.
    • ⛔ C (register both as exceptions) — declare-and-maintain against the invariant's own text; ⛔ D — the red lands on someone else's bump PR.

Four-facet reading: ① the invariant is byte-agreement; porting restores it, exceptions erode it; ② nobody hits it today, the cost of D is already measured; ③ the renderer emitting diagnostics the save gate never emits is the silent dialect split; ④ two codes is a small port; an exception list is a permanent obligation. 「追求稳定」: one fewer place where two copies disagree.

    Execution

    needs-user-decision → pm:queue, domain:devx, p2 stands. objectui#7235's port is unaffected.

(2026-09-17T13:16Z),letter A:

    ⇒ ⛔ 不做 B(只补一个 + 登记不对称)、⛔ 不做 C(都判为渲染器专属)、⛔ 不做 D(推到下次 pin bump)。

    objectui 只读克隆在本容器:/home/user/objectstack-ai/objectui,rev cfcc17d(2026-09-14 11:40Z)
      packages/sdui-parser/src/kanban-quick-add.ts ← 本仓**没有**这个文件,正是卡面点名的那个
    本仓:packages/sdui-parser/src/{codegen,dashboard-widget-options,index,input-type,parse,types,validate}.ts

    2. 同一个 PR 里重记 lockstep(check-sdui-lockstep.mjs --update 需要一个 objectui 检出,上面那个可用)并抬 pin。

It invalidates 26 packages/spec sources whose objectui file:line anchors were counted at the old pin. That is outside this card's binding file surface (packages/sdui-parser/, scripts/) AND not performable in this container: the only objectui checkout here is shallow with exactly one commit, so the old pin's tree is absent and the 'which anchors moved' half cannot be measured at all. It REPLACES the old unknown-prop ('has no prop quickAdd'), which was FALSE against the published contract — ComponentPropsMap for that tag does publish quickAdd — so an author who checked the spec found the warning contradicted and kept a dead key. Asked AHEAD of the declaration lookup on purpose so declaring the key cannot silently disarm it. This is the half that proves a port rather than a string copy: the code needs ManifestInput.of, which did not exist in this copy at all, so the change brings the key AND all three of its readers — the validator (one diagnostic naming every offending position; error when an enum arm is present, warning otherwise), the serializer (canonicalizes of exactly as it canonicalizes type, and publishes NO of for an input declaring none, because canonicalizeInputType's no-arms fallback is 'string'), and the codegen (a declared member kind narrows the emitted element type). The member walk runs only after the CONTAINER kind was accepted, so a wrong container draws one diagnostic and not two."

The citation re-measure is a genuinely separate, careful job — the gate refuses the cheap repair in terms ('the sha is not the record — the ANCHORS beside it are') and warns that a past re-measure found two anchors that had been wrong since they were written. It needs both pin trees, which this container cannot supply, and 26 files of hand-written cross-repo provenance prose, which is not a bounded in-place fix and is outside this card's binding file surface. Takeover note, director seat (session_012GcsUbuqFGBibkEDMRC1eE), 2026-09-20T15:14Z. The maintainer, verbatim, in chat today: 「18723 os-try-charles Assignee set to os-project-manager; the card stays pm:blocked on #17429, which this seat has just claimed and dispatched (the pin bump with the re-derived citations, as its own PR — the devx seat's reading at 5718211831 stands: the two gates cannot both be green until the pin moves with the citations). ⚠️ Correcting this seat's own ping on PR #18723 (5750580373): the PR's pin cfcc17d9dd04 is ahead of main's 53ded82bf7a4, not behind it; the blocker is the citations/pin-bump collision, not a stale port. Sequence: #17429 lands → this branch merges origin/main (the pin conflict resolves to main's), pnpm gen:sdui-lockstep re-records at the new pin, the type-check red is fixed, gates, push → at-tier contract review (needs:contract-review stays) → ready + auto-merge. PR #18723 stays draft until then.

    Ruling: batch #200 item 4 · letter A · maintainer 「同意」 2026-09-20T16:03Z

Director seat, summon #25, session_012GcsUbuqFGBibkEDMRC1eE. Presented with the recommendation A (the pin bump lands first as its own PR under #17429 — target objectui origin/main ≥ cfcc17d9dd04, with the sdui:manifest artefacts, lockfile/override state, the packages/spec/src/** pin citations re-derived line by line, and post-landing console build smoke evidence; then PR #18723 merges origin/main, re-records the lockstep at the new pin, fixes its type-check red, is reviewed at tier and lands); B (fold the bump and the citations into PR #18723) refused — it breaks the standing 「pin bumps are never riders」 rule and mixes ~600 objectui commits' console change into a parser-port review. The maintainer agreed 「同意」. Both the takeover of this card (5750664391, maintainer 「18723 os-try-charles 已下班,你也接手」) and the #17429 dispatch (5750664275) stand.

Four-facet reading (this seat's own): ① the rule already says so; ② no user-visible difference, but the pin grows costlier the longer it waits (triage, 5690507317); ③ citations re-measured rather than sha-replaced — #10274 found two anchors wrong from the day they were written; ④ two strokes, each revertible on its own.

    Execution

    #17429 PR → review → ready + auto-merge → this card unblocks (Blocked-by: objectstack-ai/objectstack#17429 discharged on landing) → os-dev merge lap on claude/issue-17645-sdui-lockstep-port → contract review → ready + auto-merge. PR #18723 stays draft until then; pm:blocked stays until #17429 lands.

Restored both to main's blobs and pushed 8a778067eb onto the existing branch (fast-forward, no rebase/amend/force), touching nothing else: the parser port, its tests, the changeset and packages/sdui-parser/objectui-lockstep.json are unchanged. GitHub now reports #18723's file list as 9 paths with neither pin file present while #19398 carries both, so the Single-Claim Path Guard collision is cleared from #18723's side. check:sdui-lockstep is red by design ([pin-moved]) and the PR stays draft until the re-record lap after #19398 lands.",
"tests": "All run in the dedicated worktree at 8a778067eb (removed after push); every exit code captured by redirect-then-capture, never across a pipe. RESTORE PROOF: per-file git hash-object equals git rev-parse origin/main:path (.objectui-sha a9b031ceea, scripts/sdui-manifest.record.json 8389fcb570) and git diff origin/main on the pair is 0 bytes; origin/main was re-read as unmoved (c5d3d1d8b6) across the restore, and the restore was taken from that pinned sha rather than the shared moving ref. check:sdui-lockstep: exit 1 RED BY DESIGN — self-test passed first, then '1 finding(s) - the two sdui-parser copies have drifted' / '[pin-moved] .objectui-sha is 53ded82bf7a4, and the parity record was taken while it was cfcc17d9dd04'. Not repaired; --update never run. check-single-claim-paths --self-test: exit 0, '65 cases pass'. Its PR-judging mode is NOT MEASURED, reason: node's undici fetch does not honour this session's HTTPS_PROXY, so it died on 'GitHub API 401 for /repos/objectstack-ai/objectstack/pulls/19398/files' — an unhandled crash, not one of its documented 0/1/2 verdicts, so it is not recorded as a pass or a fail. Measured the underlying fact through the REST proxy instead (curl, same token, HTTP 200): GET /pulls/18723/files = 9 paths, neither .objectui-sha nor scripts/sdui-manifest.record.json among them; GET /pulls/19398/files = 19 paths including both. check-sdui-manifest: exit 0, 'present, intact (sha256 49211fee7792, 57 components) and fresh at objectui pin 53ded82bf7a4' — this is the gate that would have gone red had only .objectui-sha been restored, which is why the record file was restored with it. check:nul-bytes: exit 0 over 8813 text files, plus a targeted control-byte grep over the two touched files (no match). react-declaration-parity run as the gate's own header spells it for CI (MANIFEST env + --baseline + --strict): exit 0, 'no new DECLARATION divergence vs accepted baseline'. check:commit-card-trailers --range origin/main..HEAD: exit 0, no card relation and no model identifier in the trailer pair; the pre-push run repeated it on the pushed commit. No build closure and no package test suite is owed: after the restore my diff touches no package at all, both files being byte-identical to main. NOT MEASURED, reason: everything CI owes on this branch beyond the above. dispatch-gates.mjs --commands (asserted with --repo objectstack-ai/objectstack) warned STALE TREE — HEAD at least 318 commits behind origin/main with 100 of the files it derives from changed across that range — and its 61-command list is derived from the previous session's 9 paths, not from my 2-file restore. That staleness is inherent to this round: rebasing and merging main were both forbidden. No ablation or reverse verification applies; this round adds no gate and no assertion.",

One non-REST write: git push origin claude/issue-17645-sdui-lockstep-port (8dbd1c68f7..8a778067eb, fast-forward). Two writes the dispatch directed were deliberately NOT made — see open_questions.",
      "open_questions": [
        {
"question": "The dispatch directed two GitHub writes that my standing agent-file clauses forbid: (5a) PATCH #18723's body to add a section at the top, and (5b) post a two-line comment on #19398. Those clauses say a dev writes a PR body exactly once, in the POST /pulls that opens it, never by PATCH, and names any later change in the report for the seat to write; and the write budget is four with zero writes outside it. The same file says that where the dispatch conflicts with it the file wins, that the conflict must be named rather than silently resolved, and that its clauses bind whether or not the prompt mentions them — so I made neither write and hand both texts to the director seat below, ready to paste. Nothing load-bearing waits on them: the claim is already released on the remote, and the guard subscribes to opened/reopened/edited/synchronize, so it re-judges #19398 on its next event unprompted. READY-TO-PASTE 5a — insert into #18723's body after the paragraph beginning 'Executes the director-seat ruling' and before the '## Ported from' heading; the body is 14567 chars and carries exactly one session-URL footer today, so re-send it unchanged and read the body back: [BEGIN TEXT 5a]\n## Pin bump removed from this PR (2026-09-20)\n\nPer ruling batch #200 item 4, the `.objectui-sha` bump was removed from this PR on 2026-09-20 and now lands via #19398. `.objectui-sha` is a declared single-writer path and this draft counted as a second open claimant, so the `Single-Claim Path Guard` on #19398 was failing with \"At most one open PR may modify a declared single-writer path\". Both pin-carried files (`.objectui-sha` and `scripts/sdui-manifest.record.json`) are restored to `main`'s blobs as of commit 8a778067eb; the parser port, its tests and the changeset are untouched.\n\nConsequence, deliberate: `check:sdui-lockstep` is RED here in the interim — `[pin-moved]`, the lockstep record was taken at `cfcc17d9dd04` while `.objectui-sha` now reads `53ded82bf7a4`. This PR stays draft and re-records the lockstep at the new pin in a merge lap after #19398 lands.\n[END TEXT 5a]. READY-TO-PASTE 5b — a comment on #19398, not on #18723: [BEGIN TEXT 5b]\nThe `.objectui-sha` collision is cleared on #18723's side as of commit 8a778067eb58d9b79241f6546016ea411c1269c8 — that PR no longer modifies the declared single-writer path (its file list is 9 paths, with neither `.objectui-sha` nor `scripts/sdui-manifest.record.json` among them).\nThe `Single-Claim Path Guard` can be re-run.\n[END TEXT 5b].",

          ],
"recommendation": "A, because the clause exists precisely for a body this dev did not author, and both texts are ready to paste; B only if PR-body upkeep on inherited branches is meant to become a dev duty, which is a rule change rather than a per-card call."

The merge lap on #18723 after #19398 lands must regenerate it with pnpm gen:sdui-lockstep, never text-merge it. Successor: that merge lap, already required by ruling batch #200 item 4.",

    Ruling: batch #201 item 1 · letter A · maintainer 「201 A」 2026-09-20T22:53Z

Director seat, summon #25, session_012GcsUbuqFGBibkEDMRC1eE. Presented with the recommendation A after the #17429 dev round measured that neither PR #19398 (pin bump) nor PR #18723 (this card's two-code port) can be green alone — check:sdui-lockstep is one invariant across the two ([code-drift] without the port, [pin-moved] without the bump) and it sits inside the required Lint & Repo Gates; the maintainer answered 「201 A」. This supersedes batch #200 item 4's sequencing (5750928995): the ruled direction (bump + port both land) stands, the two-landing shape does not.

Ruling — A: the port lands inside PR #19398; PR #18723 closes as superseded

Claim: director seat (maintainer-directed) · Session: session_012GcsUbuqFGBibkEDMRC1eE · Branch: claude/issue-17429-objectui-pin-bump (the delivering PR is #19398) · Clause-②: yes · File surface: packages/sdui-parser/**, .changeset/17645-sdui-parser-lockstep-port.md, plus the #19398 pin-bump surface already claimed on #17429. This line names the delivering branch so the 「card this PR closes must claim this branch」 gate reads it.

    Execution, same stroke

pm:blocked → pm:dispatched (the blocker #17429 and this card now share one delivering PR); assignee stays os-project-manager. An os-dev round does the cherry-pick, re-record, type fix, gates and push; the seat updates PR #19398's body and title, spawns the isolated at-tier review, strips carriers on PASS, flips ready and arms auto-merge; then closes PR #18723 as superseded with a pointer here.

Claim: objectstack#17645 — director seat, summon #25, session_012GcsUbuqFGBibkEDMRC1eE, 2026-09-21T00:14Z (re-stated so the carrier reader can parse it; the takeover itself was recorded at 5753263180 under the maintainer's verbatim 「18723 os-try-charles
    Branch: claude/issue-17429-objectui-pin-bump
    Seat: director
    Mode: subagent
    Clause-②: yes

Why this comment exists: check-clause2-carriers --pair 19398 reported the pair PR #19398 / card #17645 UNJUDGED because the newest claim (5753263180) named the branch inside the Claim: sentence, which no reader parses, so governance fell back to the superseded 2026-09-17 claim naming claude/issue-17645-sdui-lockstep-port. The carrier of record for this card is PR #19398 on the branch named above (ruling batch #201 item 1, 「201 A」: the two-code port folded into the pin-bump PR; PR #18723 closed superseded at 5753281831). No state change on this card in this comment; the label clear follows the at-tier review record 5753767727 (PASS on head fc25a5925d).

    Landing record — director seat, summon #25 (session_012GcsUbuqFGBibkEDMRC1eE), 2026-09-21T01:00Z

Landed, folded into PR #19398 (ruling batch #201 item 1, maintainer 「201 A」, record 5753263180): merged through the merge queue 2026-09-21T00:58Z, squash fbc12be318de0713e82e1f38ab804b5b63478e64 on origin/main. Verified by content on the fetched ref: packages/sdui-parser/src/kanban-quick-add.ts, validate.ts, types.ts, index.ts, codegen.ts and the two suites __tests__/inert-quick-add.test.ts, __tests__/member-type-mismatch.test.ts present (each byte-identical to this card's port branch claude/issue-17645-sdui-lockstep-port, per the at-tier review 5753767727); packages/sdui-parser/objectui-lockstep.json recorded against 87af769e9a3ee28ace099fdd653d3ebd79fe82e2 and carrying both codes; changeset .changeset/17645-sdui-parser-lockstep-port.md (@objectstack/sdui-parser: minor) present. check:sdui-lockstep exit 0 at the merged head — 26 = 26 diagnostic codes, grammar region byte-identical over 214 lines — measured by the dev (5753538552 on #17429) and re-derived by the reviewer from git archive extracts of both trees.

PR #18723 (this card's original carrier by the domain:devx seat) was closed superseded at 5753281831; the claim bookkeeping on this thread ends with this seat's Release: at 5753814287 (the offline holder's Release: could not be obtained). Closing this card completed and removing pm:dispatched in this stroke under the maintainer's instruction in chat 「18723 os-try-charles 已下班,你也接手」 and 「201 A」; assignee left as the closing record.

Carried, not closed here — for the next sdui-parser port round: objectui's packages/sdui-parser/body-dialect.ts (objectui#6771, landed between cfcc17d9dd04 and the pin) has no counterpart in this copy, so an authored body key stamps not-a-container / a named unknown-prop there and the bare unknown-prop here — both warning, so compile().ok and the save verdict are unchanged; invisible to the lockstep gate because both codes are already in the 26-set. Also still absent here: provenance.ts and assertFullyLoaded / RegistryConfigLike.lazy (zero diagnostic codes). Under ruling #202 B neither is filed as a card: no product landing is blocked and no customer-visible contract moves; the next port round, which will have both trees in hand, carries them.
