Adds typed data profile v2 with NifBytes for bounded arbitrary byte payloads. Preserves UTF-8 string validation and typed profile v1 decoding. Documents the boundary between in-memory binary values and application-level streaming attachments. Verification: nimble verify -y, binary round trips, profile-version rejection, and limits coverage.
