This PR implements a button in the dialog for transaction details, that gives the option to view the transaction in a blockchain explorer online.
It uses chainz.cryptoid.info, and opens up in the user's browser. This would seem to be a convenient feature to me since we did use the blockchain explorer frequently in the Rafmyntir course.
