Azure build
1209124validated buildimage commit6ca9c12ebwith sonic-gnmi commit892da4a.The Aspeed ARM64, Broadcom, Marvell Prestera ARM64, Mellanox, NVIDIA BlueField, AlpineVS, VPP, and VS image jobs passed.
The Marvell Prestera ARMHF job built the sonic-gnmi package and
docker-sonic-gnmi, then generated the final installer. The unrelated strict software bill of materials (SBOM) validation then failed becausesyftdoes not support ARMHF.The T0, T0-2VLANs, T1-LAG, T1-LAG-VPP, multi-ASIC T1, and T2 Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM) jobs passed. Four other KVM jobs did not start because requests to the Elastictest scheduler timed out.
No downstream failure affected the sonic-gnmi package, image, or executed KVM paths.

39396840.This PR uses the contributor fork URL so continuous integration (CI) can fetch the unmerged commit. Merging this PR would change the submodule URL to the contributor fork URL.
