This change updates this doc to reflect the current component search flow. Previously, we tell folks to search by type, then by model. Currently, we ask them to search via type of code block. These changes tell folks how and what to search for in the new search flow.

This change updates how to configure a gamepad and base remote control service based on the current component search flow. As it stands, the instructions are outdated and reflect the older version of the platform.
Previously:
To add components or services, we instruct people to search by type, then by model.
Currently:
Components and services are now recategorized as "Configuration blocks". Once this type is selected, you are brought to a global search screen.
The changes in this PR tell folks how and what to search for using the current search flow.
