feat(ci,coldark-vscode): publish the theme with a GitHub workflow

Changes

• Updates the release workflow to publish the theme to VSCode Marketplace and OVSX Registry
• Cleans up dependencies
• Reorganizes some internals (debug file, package.json fields...)

TODO:

• Find a way to replace SVGs with PNGs in the README... (VS Code doesn't like that) or delete the colors section...

Tests

None... Unfortunately I don't know how to test that and I know vsce doesn't support pnpm. I hope my workaround works.
