Server & Modpack Information

Eroded World was created as the core gameplay mod for the official Mcstoryworld.cz Minecraft server.

The server uses a curated Fabric modpack to make sure all players share the same gameplay systems, world generation, recipes, blocks, items, and client-side experience. For the best and safest setup, players should download the full modpack from the official website instead of installing the required mods manually.

About Mcstoryworld.cz

Mcstoryworld is a Czech Minecraft community focused on atmospheric survival, story-driven gameplay, and challenging world progression.

On the server, Eroded World controls many of the main survival mechanics, including:

• energy and stamina,
• mining consequences,
• cave collapse danger,
• darkness-based threats,
• territory pressure,
• death recovery,
• special items and blocks,
• custom loot and progression systems.

Recommended Installation Method

The easiest and most reliable way to join the server is to download the official modpack.

Manual installation is possible, but not recommended unless you know exactly which versions of the required mods are currently used by the server.

Warning

Missing or outdated required mods may cause a Registry Mismatch error and prevent you from joining the server.

How to Join the Server

1. Install the correct Minecraft Java Edition version used by the server.
2. Install the correct Fabric Loader version.
3. Download the official modpack from mcstoryworld.cz.
4. Place all required mods into your mods folder, or import the modpack into your launcher.
5. Launch the game using the Fabric profile.
6. Join the Mcstoryworld.cz server.

Tip

Using the official modpack is the safest option. It helps avoid missing mods, wrong versions, dependency issues, and Registry Mismatch errors.

Why Is the Modpack Required?

The server uses many custom and modded systems that must exist on both the server and the client.

This includes:

• custom items,
• custom blocks,
• custom registries,
• world generation content,
• modded biomes,
• custom recipes,
• custom loot behavior,
• custom networking,
• client-side HUD and overlay features.

If the client does not have the same required mods as the server, Minecraft cannot safely synchronize the world and the connection may be rejected.

Common Connection Issues

Registry Mismatch

This usually means that the client is missing one or more required mods, or that a mod version does not match the server.

Recommended fix:
Download the latest official modpack from the Mcstoryworld.cz website and replace your current mod setup with the official one.

Missing Dependency

This means that one installed mod requires another mod that is not present.

Recommended fix:
Check that all mandatory libraries are installed, especially:

Client Crash on Startup

This can be caused by:

• wrong Minecraft version,

Manual installation is not the preferred method.
