I noticed that PDBot was still failing to correctly access legality of OM1 cards in some cases.
After some digging I discovered that
Scryfall.HitMultiCardAPIwas getting error 400 due to a missing header. This is fixed in this PR. Also cleaned up the query usingUri.EscapeDataString.
