Stacked on #51.

Simulator runtimes and Docker images can't go to the Trash, so neet asks their own tools to remove them. This is the one place neet deletes for good, and the screens say so in red.

Simulator runtimes

  • Lists every runtime from xcrun simctl runtime list -j: version, build, size, last used. None start selected.
  • Enter shows a red question naming each runtime and the total size. y runs xcrun simctl runtime delete <id> for each, then lists what was deleted.
  • Only IDs made of hex digits and hyphens reach simctl, so it can never be all or an option. No admin rights are needed.

Docker

  • Shows docker system df: images, containers, volumes, and build cache, with what can be freed.
  • Lists what docker system prune --all --force removes (stopped containers, unused networks, unused images, build cache) and keeps (running containers, their images, all volumes).
  • A red question, then y runs it and shows how much Docker freed.
  • If Docker Desktop isn't running, the screen says so: o opens it and r asks again.

Quick Clean marks both rows neet, for good in red and counts them in what neet can clear.

SAFETY.md gets a Tools neet Runs section, and the first promise names this exception.

…h their own tools

Runtimes come from xcrun simctl runtime list, and only an ID of hex
digits and hyphens is ever passed to simctl runtime delete. Docker's
usage comes from docker system df, and docker system prune --all --force
clears unused images, containers, networks, and build cache, keeping
volumes. Neither can go to the Trash, so SAFETY.md now names them as the
one thing neet removes for good.
Enter on Simulator runtimes lists every runtime with its build, size,
and last use, none selected. Enter on Docker shows what docker system df
reports and what prune removes and keeps, or how to start Docker
Desktop. Both end in a red question that says the removal is for good,
and only y runs the tool. Quick Clean marks both rows neet, for good.
