fix(tui): line up columns, brighten labels, and shorten screen text

Stacked on #53.

Fixed columns could squeeze filenames out of the app file list, and long hints and wrapped messages could lose their last line. Tables now keep names and sizes readable as the terminal gets narrower.

• Numeric headers and values share a right edge. Decorative bars disappear first, then secondary columns. Selected details keep the hidden information available.
• Headings, menu numbers, keys, and blue accents use the Home art’s exact blue, #82aaff. Checkboxes and success stay green, caution stays yellow, and permanent removal stays red. Disabled rows stay readable and show why they are blocked.
• Sizes use the same colors across screens. The selected row stays bold and keeps its colors.
• Quick Clean puts actions first. Labels and instructions are shorter. Narrow Large Files panels show the active filters and their keys.
• Names shorten by terminal cells without splitting Unicode characters. Footers wrap, dialogs fit their wrapped text, and reviews and results scroll through every wrapped line.
• The ASCII art, stars, colors, and Home art layout are unchanged.

Checked rendered screens at 60x20, 80x24, 100x30, and 140x40, including column alignment, colors, and removal questions. All 195 workspace tests pass; the macOS Finder free-space test needs to run outside the sandbox. Formatting, Clippy with warnings denied, and the Rust 1.88 check pass.
