•Last updated Make Stave easier to integrate and dependable under load while preserving v1 root and wire compatibility. Scope: 30 focused issues—10 additive features, 6 reproduced bugs, 4 measured/contract refactors, 3 architecture improvements, 5 verification improvements, 1 runnable documentation task and 1 execution/release checklist. Synthetic personas exercise the existing surface; they are not customer-demand evidence. Sequence: fix correctness and ownership/admission boundaries; add opt-in composition and protocol capabilities; improve large-tree/surface costs; validate compatibility, platforms, docs and public release consumption. Existing v1.0.0 #2/#3 and immutable Lopper GA evidence remain prerequisites for a stable release; they are not silently moved or declared complete. No breaking v1 APIs, weaker security/determinism, adapter graduation, visibility changes or Lopper/Homebrew release work are included. No arbitrary due date.
