Final architecture closure review for PROJECT_HYGIENE_AND_REPOSITORY_RECONCILIATION_V1.
Reviewed head: 293249f. Coordinated peers: pcvantol/engineering-platform#108, pcvantol/workspace#17, pcvantol/forge-platform#20. Existing PRs reused; no duplicate proposal.
Boundary review: EP own-run cleanup, Forge project reconciliation cases and genuine product work are distinct. Cases allocate no Missions; semantic confidence is not deletion authority. Fresh scoped observations, partial coverage, budgets, frozen target sets, retention, conditional mutation and idempotent partial outcome readback are specified. Final review clarified that the finalizer keeps its own valid coordinating lease; unrelated maintenance cannot borrow it. No provider/runtime behavior is implemented by this documentation.
Executed local structural check against exact documentary JSON Git blob 15453c0d5ef0e8c1e40795cf659541325c53da85: JSON valid; 10 unique nodes; 13 valid edges; acyclic; table/JSON dependency parity; non-documentary nodes PLANNED; execution_authority=false, runtime_configuration=false, first_canary_blocker=false. Existing executable programme and active grants unchanged.
Hosted exact-head evidence: Forge CI 34323900403, CodeQL 34323900411, TDE observe 34323900410 all SUCCESS. Full repository tests were not run locally in this session; hosted validation is the source of that qualification. No installed/runtime, cleanup, release or canary claim.
Architecture disposition: GO for ordinary protected squash merge subject to current repository gates and unchanged reviewed head. This COMMENT is closure evidence, not an independent GitHub approval or fabricated status.
PROJECT_HYGIENE_AND_REPOSITORY_RECONCILIATION_V1 Canonical documentation and roadmap only. EP retains observation, admission and scoped cleanup authority; Forge reconciliation cases are not Missions. Preserve finalizer ownership, protected/active state, recovery evidence and truthful partial receipts. New runtime capabilities remain PLANNED; no runtime activation or version change. Coordinated with pcvantol/forge#59, pcvantol/workspace#17 and pcvantol/forge-platform#20.

Closure coordination: the ordinary merge was refused because strict required-check policy needs the current main integrated. Current main is 1618358. A fast-forward update attempt safely rejected when the branch advanced to 122f96c; no force-push or overwrite was performed. I have reviewed and am preserving that newer documentation/roadmap clarification. I am now integrating current main with those exact four documentation blobs, without changing product/runtime code, then requiring fresh CI before retrying the protected squash merge. The earlier closure comment is historical qualification for its recorded head, not approval of a later SHA. |
PROJECT_HYGIENE_AND_REPOSITORY_RECONCILIATION_V1 Canonize read-only health/chat, bounded cases without Mission allocation, scoped cleanup proposals and owner-backed decisions. Preserve Forge reasoning and EP execution authority; implementation remains PLANNED. Coordinated with pcvantol/forge#59, pcvantol/engineering-platform#108 and pcvantol/forge-platform#20. Documentation/roadmap only; no runtime activation.
PROJECT_HYGIENE_AND_REPOSITORY_RECONCILIATION_V1 Canonical source/operation-scoped assessment and composition roadmap. Preserve independent artifact, rollback, installation and external CD authority; no global stale-branch gate or installer cleanup bypass. Implementation remains PLANNED. Coordinated with pcvantol/forge#59, pcvantol/engineering-platform#108 and pcvantol/workspace#17. Documentation only; no runtime activation.

Final exact-head architecture closure — PROJECT_HYGIENE_AND_REPOSITORY_RECONCILIATION_V1.
Reviewed head 122f96c; supersedes the prior 293249f review for the final documentation. Peers: pcvantol/engineering-platform#108, pcvantol/workspace#17, pcvantol/forge-platform#20. Existing PRs were reused.
Clarified target-repository mutation versus legitimate Forge-owned case/storage writes, own-finalizer coordinating lease versus conflicting owners, and planned policy services versus actual activation. Corrected the roadmap diagram to explicit AND-dependencies and documented post-canary reuse of any proven read-only slice. No artificial Mission for analysis, model-only delete authority, second executor, global old-branch release gate, or new first-canary prerequisite.
Executed local structural verification using exact fetched JSON bytes, Git blob 15453c0d5ef0e8c1e40795cf659541325c53da85: 10 unique nodes, 13 valid edges, acyclic, table/JSON dependency/status parity, non-documentation nodes PLANNED, execution_authority=false, runtime_configuration=false, first_canary_blocker=false.
Exact-head hosted evidence: Forge CI 34324370557 / Test and static validation job 102378126476 SUCCESS; CodeQL 34324370580 SUCCESS; TDE observe 34324370605 SUCCESS. Full local repository/installed-host tests were not performed in this session. Ruleset 21986307 requires current Test and static validation and resolved review threads; no bypass is permitted. No outstanding blocking reviews/threads observed.
Architecture GO for ordinary protected squash subject to current base/head and repository gates. This COMMENT is closure evidence, not an independent approval/status. Documentation and roadmap only; no scanner, runtime, grant, budget, version, release, installation or actual cleanup activated.

Base-reconciliation closure: reviewed final head ca3bc1c, with parents 122f96c and current main 1618358.
The hygiene documents are unchanged from the preceding content review. Compared with current main, the candidate changes only the four documented Markdown/documentary-JSON paths (+418, no deletions). Existing merged packaging/data-root/version implementation is retained, not delivered anew by this architecture increment.
New exact-head Forge CI 34324899001, CodeQL 34324898955 and TDE 34324898914 all SUCCESS. Shared DAG evidence remains valid for unchanged blob 15453c0d5ef0e8c1e40795cf659541325c53da85. EP #108, Workspace #17 and Forge Platform #20 have now been squash merged.
GO for normal protected squash on this exact final head; no bypass, independent-approval fabrication or runtime/installation activation.

Final integrated-head closure: ca3bc1c, base 1618358 (behind=0). Preserved the later 122f96c documentation clarification, including Forge-owned case storage, qualified-policy maturity and an unambiguous AND-dependency diagram. The normal main-sync merge changes no runtime/product/version source relative to current main: exactly four documentation/roadmap files, 418 additions, zero deletions.
Executed structural validation of documentary DAG bytes with matching Git blob 15453c0d5ef0e8c1e40795cf659541325c53da85: valid JSON, 10 unique nodes, 13 known dependencies, acyclic, table/dependency parity and PLANNED implementation nodes. execution_authority=false; runtime_configuration=false; first_canary_blocker=false. Full repository validation is hosted, not claimed as locally executed.
Final-head workflows: Forge CI 34324899001 SUCCESS; CodeQL 34324898955 SUCCESS; TDE observe 34324898914 SUCCESS. No inline review threads. No fabricated approval/check or change to repository protections.
Verified already-merged peers: EP #108 -> b3cd4b2fcc17cb8422243ac2df150d44ecf20b3f; Workspace #17 -> cb27f0eabdda6cca854774f96767161a72f13dad; Forge Platform #20 -> 57ac31ad6a51c5188d266dd3365da568dc33f13e. Their main refs were read back. Scope remains documentary architecture; no native scanner/cleanup activation, package release, instance/grant/budget mutation or canary execution.
GO for ordinary protected squash merge of this unchanged head. This review COMMENT records closure, not independent approval authority.
Coordinated architecture increment CLOSED
All four existing owning PRs are now MERGED and their main refs were independently read back:
Forge required strict base currency: ordinary merge was initially rejected; current main was integrated preserving newer documentation, then fresh Forge CI/CodeQL/TDE succeeded before protected squash merge. No bypass, status fabrication or force overwrite. EP final-head validation and separate Owner Authorization are SUCCESS. Peer hosted candidate workflows were green. Documentary DAG validated against exact Git blob 15453c0d5ef0e8c1e40795cf659541325c53da85: JSON valid; 10 unique nodes / 13 edges; acyclic; table and AND-dependency parity; implementation nodes remain PLANNED. HY-0 documentary delivery is closed. HY-E/F/S/C/Q/WC/WO/WM/P are not implemented or activated by these merges. Existing first-canary executable DAG, source product versions, releases, installed instances, grants and budgets are not changed by the architecture increment. The minimum read-only hygiene slice can follow or form bounded canary product work without requiring semantic or destructive cleanup first. Local host state and legacy runtimes were not touched. No duplicate PRs, live cleanup, Mission creation or canary execution. Main push workflows, where triggered, are separate from the recorded pre-merge exact-head qualification; no unobserved post-merge run is claimed as PASS. |
Four-repository architecture increment — delivered
All four main refs were read back and matched these actual merge SHAs. Required final-head qualification was successful before merge; EP Owner Authorization was independently checked. Forge's current-main integration head was ca3bc1c, preserving previously merged packaging/data-root code and changing only four documentary paths against main. Local documentary DAG validation: exact blob 15453c0d5ef0e8c1e40795cf659541325c53da85; 10 unique nodes, 13 valid edges, acyclic, table/JSON dependency and status parity. No local full-suite or installed-runtime claim. HY-0 documentation is delivered. HY-E/HY-F/HY-S/HY-C/HY-Q/HY-WC/HY-WO/HY-WM/HY-P remain PLANNED. Read-only cases require no artificial Mission; genuine residual work uses normal governed intake. Automatic cleanup requires its actual qualified EP operation and authorization; no such capability was activated here. No runtime, installation, publication, version allocation, grant/budget reset, live canary or target-repository cleanup was performed as part of this increment. |
Coordinated architecture increment
PROJECT_HYGIENE_AND_REPOSITORY_RECONCILIATION_V1— documentation/roadmap only, requested by the owner with protected merge after qualification.Defines native
FORGE::PROJECT_HYGIENE_AND_REPOSITORY_RECONCILIATION_V1: cheap post-EA/provider delta observations, bounded periodic/on-demand scans, source-backed Branch Provenance Ledger, reconciliation cases distinct from Missions, evidence-sensitive semantic escalation and governed residual routing. EP keeps host observation/mutation and own-run cleanup; Workspace owns chat/health/decision UX; Forge Platform retains artifact/install/CD boundaries.Safety distinctions: semantic supersession is not delete authority; current scoped grants, retained recovery, protected/active/ignored state and conditional mutation still govern. Partial inventory is not clean inventory. Scope-specific release preflight is not a global no-old-branches gate.
Files and roadmap
New architecture, scoped roadmap and documentary JSON DAG (10 nodes / 13 dependencies); additive entry in the canonical Forge roadmap. No executable programme/DAG configuration changes. All implementation nodes remain PLANNED. The full capability does not block the first serial canary.
Validation
Local document checks: JSON parse, unique nodes, valid dependencies, acyclicity, table/JSON status and edge parity PASS. This environment has not run the complete repository suite or inspected the installed host; hosted owning checks must qualify the final head. Source pins and the historical branch example are labeled; no native capability claimed from manual cleanup.
Peer documentation PRs will be linked here. No runtime code, API/schema migration, workflow, product version, grant, budget, release, installation or actual branch cleanup is changed by this increment.
