Replace the Cayman theme with a custom Jekyll layout, stylesheet, and homepage sections. Add a with vs without Augustus comparison on the homepage and README. Keep gate strings, uniqueness claims, and baseurl asset paths unchanged. Co-authored-by: Basit Mustafa <24601@users.noreply.github.com>

Reconstruct PR #37 off latest main after merged #34/#35. Relock live REST 2264★ / zhihz 19★. Keep notes.md §117 / items 315–321 / batch #100; do not steal merged #35 §114 or reserved §115–§116. Follow-up off main: ecosystem 0843 cited notes.md §113; README and CHANGELOG Unreleased still held dump walls; the 0843 lock ended at #33. Restore v0.4.0 scannability (dumps live in changelog-hourly). Extend the 0843 uniqueness lock through merged #34 and #35. Hop-ECE self-test covers reverse and even/odd interleave. uniqueness_gate checks Pages strings and refuses CHANGELOG/README dump walls. IDs unchanged: notes.md §114 / composition 289–302 / findings batch #97. Merged #31 still owns §113 / 273–288 / #96. Later folds keep §115–§118.
