Shorten ## The skill so the public README is a file map: one short line per path. Point readers at the reference cards and research/notes.md for the living catalog. Do not thin skill reference content.

Also clarify README and Pages / changelog / community-docs prose. Keep Install, badges, homepage, Not a TypeSafe product, and the rh-guard companion.

Off latest main after the v0.4.0 release (486e93e). Does not reopen or amend #31. Docs-only. Version stays 0.4.0. Do not merge.
