Stand for three 7" component reels ...

Function

Stand holds 1-3 component reels with a diameter of 7" with 13mm arbor holes and a maximum thickness of 12mm. Component reels can be 13" in diameter as well as over 14mm thick, so this is not a universal stand. However, these reels are common for flat 8mm component tapes.

• M4 screw 45mm (3)
• [M4 spacer 13x6mm] (F4S6) (2)
• [M4 spacer 13x13mm] (F4S13) (2)
• [M4 spacer 13x19mm] (F4S19) (4)
• M4 locknut (3)

Assembly

Assemble stand:

1. Thread two screws through bottom holes in one side plate
2. Attach 2 [M4 spacers 13x19mm] (F4S19) spacers to each screw
3. Attach other side plate to screws
4. Attach one lock nut on each screw and tighten

Assemble reel shaft:

1. Attach [M4 spacer 13x13mm] (F4S13) to remaining screw
2. Attach both [M4 spacers 13x6mm] (F4S6) to screw
3. Attach [M4 spacer 13x13mm] (F4S13) to remaining screw
4. Place shaft on stand between top slots, with all four spacers between the two side plates
5. Attach remaining lock nut and tighten so that the nut stays fixed but the spacers rotate freely
6. Remove shaft from slots to load/unload component reel(s) and replace
